• Learning and activity information: such as practice activity, examination subjects, questions attempted, scores, progress, and related learning history.
• Device and technical information: information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the application, such as device or app information and technical diagnostics.
• Support information: information you voluntarily provide when contacting us or submitting a request.
• Advertising and usage information: where advertising or analytics services are used, those services may process information according to their own policies and the choices available to users.

We use information for legitimate purposes related to operating and improving Exam Bee, including to:

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Provide learning materials, practice questions, lessons, and related features.
• Save and display learning progress and activity.
• Maintain application security and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the application.
• Display and measure advertising where advertising is enabled.

Exam Bee may display advertisements through third-party advertising services. These services may process device, advertising, or usage information as permitted by their policies and applicable platform controls. Advertising data practices are also reflected in the disclosures made in Google Play's Data Safety section where applicable.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed or shared with service providers that help us operate Exam Bee, where necessary to provide requested services, or where required or permitted by law.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, property, or users of Exam Bee, or to comply with a valid legal request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data transmitted between the application and supported online services is protected using appropriate security mechanisms such as encrypted network connections where supported.

No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Exam Bee's services, maintain legitimate business and security functions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud or abuse.

When an account deletion request is completed, information associated with the account will be deleted or otherwise handled according to our deletion procedures, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate obligations.

Exam Bee is an educational platform intended for students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Exam Bee is an independent educational platform developed by BipMee. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the Cameroon General Certificate of Education (GCE) Board, the Government of Cameroon, or any government examination authority.

Examination names and references are used solely to identify the examinations for which the educational resources are intended.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Exam Bee, applicable requirements, or our data practices. The latest version will be made available on this page, together with the date it was last updated.
